For Insurance Agents

Book For Clients. Track Every Job. Skip The Chasing.

Book wind mitigation, 4-point, and roof certification inspections on behalf of your clients, watch status move from requested to report-ready, and read every finished report in your own portal — no calls, no forwarding.

Open The Agent Portal
No More "Did The Inspection Happen Yet?"

Every job you book shows its real status, live.

No calling the inspector, no calling the client — open the portal and see exactly where each job stands.

How It Works

Book it, track it, read it

The whole workflow lives in one place instead of split across calls, texts, and forwarded emails.

01

Book for your client

Enter the property and pick the report type — with your client's consent, you're booking on their behalf, not asking them to do it themselves.

02

Watch the status move

Every booking you make shows up in your portal with its real, current status — no separate check-in needed.

03

Read the finished report

The moment an inspector delivers, the finished report lands in your portal automatically — the same report your client sees on their own booking link.

Questions

Before you book

Do I need my client's permission to book for them?

Yes — booking on a client's behalf requires their consent as part of the flow. You're not booking anything without them knowing.

Can I choose which inspector does the job?

Not currently — the job is assigned to a licensed Florida inspector, the same way it works when a homeowner books directly. You'll see who's coming once it's scheduled.

Does my client still see their own report?

Yes. The finished report lands on your client's own booking link the same way it lands in your portal — naming yourself as the agent at booking doesn't take anything away from what they see.

What if a client books directly instead of through me?

If they name you as their agent when they book, the finished report still reaches your portal — you don't have to be the one who books it for it to show up.

Do I need an account?

Yes, to access the portal itself — the tracking, the client list, and the automatic report delivery all live behind your own login.
